The overall quality is fairly utilitarian, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Slept very well. The staff are very friendly and have a strong customer service ethic. I will stay there again.
The breakfast was totally devoid of any protein foods such as eggs, cream cheese for bagels and muffins, etc. Very good coffee, though.
It was clean and comfortable. It had a refrid. and microwave. The staff was nice.
The parking was bad . We had a very hard time parking because the beams were too close and wasn't enough room. The noise from the train was hard to ignore.
The breakfast and spa and staff
The noise of bottles clanging together till late about 11 pm some resturant and I did asked for top floor not the middle the second was not good I was woke up four in the morning and again nine am I was very mad not resting I might as well stayed in my car to be honest
Staff was smiling.
Our room was smelly like mold. Thr refrigerator was broken and the pillows were toddler sized. Spent $120.00 on a smelly sleepless night.
It was like a $40.00 motel. The door would not lock so when we left the room it was actually open and we did not know . not a good value the money
It was clean, no bugs. Bed was comfortable. Otherwise it was very ugly and old looking. The heat worked.
Ugly and old looking. Repairs to the caulking and floor looked amature and ugly. The staff were ok.
rooms need a lot of improvement why is tv in some foreign language ? furniture needs paint very nice staff
It was close to where my son lives and it had a microwave.
The carpet was dirty so much so that I did not go bare foot on it. Under the sink the carpet smelled like an animal urinated on it. The towels were the size of hand towels and there was only one. The parking spaces were so small and cramped it took several trys and even then I scraped the bumper. When I explained all this to the front desk person she said she would tell the manager but no discount was offered. I will not stay there again.
Our room was clean and the people who worked there were pleasant and polite.
The stairwells and outside walls were dirty. I heard screaming and furniture being thrown at night from another room. There was no salt for the eggs. The parking was extremely narrow . The lights from next door went on and off constantly and could be seen through the curtains. We were told by a service person that the "quieter rooms" were at the front, near the street. This leads me to believe that some clientele of this Inn use it for partying. I suppose, you get what you pay for.
You could walk to the Beach! And it was a very nice Beach too!
The rooms were a dump. The furniture was falling apart. The curtains were literally held together with duct tape!!!
location, close to Moonlight Beach and San Elijo State beach.
The room looked old. sink drained very slowly. not a lot of parking.
The beds were nice and comfortable. Good sheets. Shoddy furniture
The toilet overflowed and the shower didn't work.
courtesy call, close to beach
dirty room, had a cockroach, door was stuck couldnt exit room without tugging really hard on door, juccuzzi was too cold (maybe 80 deg),and they wouldnt increase heat. wont go back there.
Location is good, near the beach and only a few miles down the freeway from Legoland. Shopping areas nearby. Ha ving a fridge and microwave in the room was nice and gave us the option to bring cereal and milk and not have to pay for the breakfast as we eat light anyway.
Hotel is older and not as "neat" as it could be, although the room was clean. Hotel is near the train line, which wasn't mentioned in other reviews, and I did hear the train's whistle even later at night.
